Pooh Bear’s Breakfast: Toast with Butter and Honey

Sometimes it’s all about the simple things, right?

Without trying to worry about a recipe, it’s so much more fun to assemble the goods already made.  That’s why it’s so easy and fun to shop at a farmers market. The work you would have done to make these items at home is already done for you!

Toast with butter and honey is one of our favorites. We opened up the heavy loaf (really, it’s 2 pounds) we got from Great Harvest and toasted it lightly so we were able to still get a soft chewy bite, but it was warm enough to melt the butter. Then we topped with the special Camelthorn raw honey from Absolutely Delightful.  It really doesn’t get much easier or better than that!
