We are grateful to be open 7a-11a this holiday weekend, and will remain at the North Phoenix Baptist Church (SE corner of Bethany Home/Central).
We want to remind everyone that it is not party-time at the market. We are no longer operating as an ‘event’, and we have not for the past 4 months. We have been cleared to operate as an essential grocery store, keeping the connection between you and your local food supply afloat, and we intend to stay that way until this crisis has passed. We ask for your sincere adherence to our market guidelines listed below.
We know that most of you are staying home for the holiday, and we will have all the staple groceries you need for your backyard barbecue. Please come masked, with as few people as possible, keep your distance, pop in and out quickly, and grab your holiday staples: local meats, wild shrimp, brioche hamburger buns, sweet corn, smoked garlic, red/white/blue scones, hot sauce, s’more bars, spiced jams, peach crisp, cocktail mixers, glazes, quarts of to-go lemonade, and more.
THREE THINGS TO NOTE FOR THIS WEEKEND:
1. The restrooms have moved locations, please follow signs.
2. Sergio’s Kitchen will begin operating outdoors only.
3. Nearly all of our market vendors are here tomorrow, but 4 of our bread companies happen to be off, so your only gluten-bread option will be Arizona Bread Company. They are bringing extra, but you may want to shop early for those brioche buns. (Our gluten-free, vegan and keto bread vendors ARE here! See full vendor list available tomorrow at the bottom of this email).
We are currently matching dufb and snap dollars one-for-one with no limit. Please head to the second red (courtyard) information booth for this service.
