The fuselage of the Bi-Plane is made of Poplar Hardwood. The wings, tail, and propeller are made of Baltic Birch Plywood. The wheels axels and 2 peg people are made of birch hardwood. The cowling is Walnut hardwood. The incised design is handcrafted with a wood-burning tool. 3 coats of Deft lacquer are applied to the Bi-Plane as a finish. Food-grade mineral oil is used as a finish on the peg people.
