Walnut Potica

Found from Poland to Croatia and most everywhere in between, Potica is commonly referred to as a nut roll in America. Ours is baked with ground walnuts, local AZ honey, cinnamon, clove, and a touch of vanilla OR poppy seeds and lemon zest swirled throughout the roll.

Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, butter, sugar, egg, walnuts, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, clove, salt, yeast.
