Vegetable Pot Pie (Gluten Free)

We have taken our pot pie and made it meat-free.  We add potatoes, onions, peas, carrots, green beans and corn into a vegetable gravy.  This gravy is one of our most flavorful ones.  Each pie serves 6 people.
