This loaf features 4 different varieties of locally grown Hayden Flour Mills heritage grains, and involves a 30 hour fermentation. The inside is extremely soft, with an airy texture. This is a versatile loaf that goes well with just about any meal, or can be a great meal on its own. Every Proof product is naturally leavened with sourdough starter instead of commercial yeast.
