We are aiming for a loaf that still has all the qualities of our sourdough bread, while also having a slightly softer crumb, perhaps slightly smaller holes, and consistent slice sizes throughout the loaf. We hope the crust is just a bit less pronounced so all the crustless kiddos fall in love with their sandwiches.
Ingredients: Flour including Whole Grain Hayden Flour Mills Flour, Water, Harriet, Milk, Butter, Salt, and a touch of Brown Sugar.
