Pryaniki

Eastern European, honey spiced cookies, with a Nescafe base, anise, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and allspice. Similar to gingerbread, but without the ginger. Great shelf life - we’ve been working on a box for over a month!

Ingredients: wheat flour, honey, butter, sugar, Nescafe, egg, anise, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, vinegar, baking powder, baking soda, milk.
