Handmade Cards with a Personalized Message

These beautiful handwritten cards are made by patients at the Barrow Neurological Institute. You can either order these cards for yourself or you can include one with a personalized note in a delivery being sent to a loved one as a gift. If you would like a personalized note included with your order, upon checkout in the 'Delivery Notes' section, please fill in your personalized note. The Gather AZ Express team will then fill it out and make sure it is sent with your delivery.
