DESCRIPTION
Sweet, savory, and spicy masa made with mild green chiles, sweet corn masa, and Colby Jack.

All tamales are frozen in packs of two's. Each tamale is half a pound each. All are Lard, preservative, and soy free. Instead, we use olive and canola oil for our masa.
