Wooden Pony

9 ½” Long

7 ¾” Tall

3 ½” Wide

 The body of the pony is made of 1 ¾” thick Poplar hardwood. The wheels and axels are made of birch hardwood. The pony’s tail is made of ¾” twist braid nylon rope. The end is heated to fuse the fibers together then glued into the rear of the pony using a two-part epoxy adhesive. The tail is then unbraided and brushed out to give it a soft and luxuriant feel. Food-grade mineral oil is applied as a finish.
