DESCRIPTION
The bean that we have decided to roast was bought from a cooperative grouping smallholder local farmers from the same village in the Northeast province in Papua New Guinea.   This cooperative pools coffee from all of these farms and ensures that each farmer is getting a premium price for their organic crop. We choose to use direct trade importing to ensure that these small localized farms are not getting screwed by 3rd party companies or massive chains.
