Timoteo's Spice Co. is in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a veteran/family-owned business with handcrafted high-quality southwestern spice rubs and BBQ sauce representing the flavors of the Sonoran Desert of Arizona. Tim has worked as a chef for MGM Studios, The Marina City Club, The Arizona Biltmore, The Wrigley Mansion, and The Phoenician Resort. He also owned his own catering business and was the Corporate Executive Chef for Sodexo at BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona. Our goal is to take our experience and introduce you to the incredible flavors of the American Southwest with our spice rubs.
