Meet Julia, the baker behind That’s Gluten Free, a vendor bringing her gluten-free creations to the market this August (and returning in October!). Julia has been baking gluten-free since childhood due to family allergies, and about three years ago she discovered a love for gluten-free sourdough, turning her passion into a thriving business.
Her mission is simple: create gluten-free baked goods that don’t taste gluten-free. Using clean, wholesome ingredients like rice flour, sorghum, buckwheat, xanthan gum, and salt, Julia’s sourdough and treats are packed with flavor — nothing artificial, just delicious, naturally gluten-free baked goods.
Her offerings include gluten-free sourdough starter, banana bread, apple streusel, jalapeño cheddar focaccia, cinnamon rolls, and more. For convenience, she recommends slicing and freezing your loaf so a fresh slice is always ready to enjoy.
