Samosas are triangularly shaped hors-d’oeuvres, each with its own individual filling. An African food with an American twist. We use raw flour tortillas and fry our samosas in organic rice bran oil.
Our fillings include beef, chorizo & egg, spicy or mild chicken, veggie, mushroom, kale & spinach, mung bean, and traditional Indian curry potato. For a sweet treat, try our apple samosa!
