Hunter Jaymes Jerky is produced here locally in the AZ, using the highest ingredients. We small-batch smoke all our "Jerky" with whisky barrel wood chips from start to finish. Each piece is hand-cut to perfection. We strive in bringing JERKY to a gourmet level.
