“Bolis” (or ice pops) can be found all over Mexico, and Brandon’s grandma (a.k.a Abuelita Coco) encouraged him to start making them here in Arizona. Not only did she have plenty of experience making ice cream, but she also taught them the “secret recipe,” which included the rule that you had to be happy when making Breezy Pops because the vibe will transfer into the finished ice pop and affect its deliciousness. She also taught them that customer service, consistency, and freshness matter most.
