Noble Bread is a small scale bakery featuring old world techniques, a stone hearth, and naturally leavened bread. It takes 36 hours to make just one loaf of Noble Bread.
You may notice that Noble Bread tastes far more complex that your regular loaf of bread. Their starter culture is made from wild yeasts to slowly levain bread.
Their bread is created using only organic, GMO free flour, water, sea salt, and natural levain.
