New Orleans Creole/Cajun Specialties such as Gumbo, Etouffee, Jambalaya and Po'Boys are prepared live - from start to finish - so patrons can enjoy a full ethnic and authentic sensory experience.
Traci White, Head Chef of The Tiny Kitchen, offers a diverse background in the culinary arts that span over 15 years. She's worked in kitchens across the world and attended classes at The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, California and Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Chef Traci looks to expand with new catering and retail opportunities. With your support, the goal is to launch a brick and mortar location in 2023.
