I Bake With Love & Awareness
In 2006, I suffered a traumatic experience from a vaccination that was toxic. I had an allergic reaction, which brought on health challenges including a near death experience. It was a terrible experience but this opened the door to a healthier lifestyle. After working for NYU for almost 10 yrs, I realized my real passion is in food, mainly desserts. This experience motivated me to learn more about the various ingredients in foods we consume daily. With lots of research, I realized many toxic ingredients are in foods we eat. I became very interested in the science of baking and how to use natural and organic ingredients in food preparation. Obtaining a Pastry Degree from The Institute of Culinary Education allowed me to create healthy desserts without toxins.
Our number 1 goal is to educate the public they can have healthy desserts without sacrificing any taste. We pride ourselves on being as eco-friendly as possible, we use biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging.
