Nouveau Quiche is local, seasonal, farm to table quiche made by husband and wife team, Armand Ignelzi and Sarah Axelrod. At Nouveau Quiche, we’ve spent a lot of time in the kitchen, reimagining & developing the perfect quiche. Inside ours, you’ll find only the best ingredients, prepared in unique & creative ways. Additionally, we always offer delicious vegetarian options.

This is why we consider our quiche to be nouveau (new) and not traditional.
