IT STARTED IN THE LAMBROS FAMILY KITCHEN... 

Dean would create delicious spicy pickled vegetables to enjoy with a cocktail, as a late night snack, or as a unique spicy flavor to add to favorite family recipes. Eventually, others began to sneak into his stash and before long the spicy pickled vegetables were a hit with everyone who got a taste.
 
Dean's passion for quality ingredients, rich flavors, and great taste is the magic behind his unique brine and spice blend which brings out the naturally delicious flavor of each vegetable it is paired with.

After years of encouragement from fans, Dean decided to make his signature brine available to all those who enjoy the spicier side of life through Dino-T's (formerly Pickled Perfection).

Dino-T's is a family business based locally in Phoenix. Dean and his son Travis are head of operations and the day-to-day management. Together they oversee retail sales, farmer's market relations, kitchen production, quality control and a bustling wholesale operation.
