Mr. Young Crepes started in April 2022. The inspiration and motivation for starting this small business originated from my girlfriend's obsession with Jian Bing. She said the taste of Jian Bing is the taste of her childhood memory. Therefore, I started learning how to make Jian Bing to make her happy.
